Alyn Williams is a significant ‘new’ culinary face in central London since he launched his eponymous restaurant in autumn 2011 which has recently been awarded a Michelin Star and 3 AA Rosettes. Having worked as head chef with Marcus Wareing for several years, he has now embarked on this stylish independent venture at The Westbury Hotel in the heart of Mayfair. At his side is the restaurant’s charismatic general manager, Giancarlo Princigalli, also a long-standing alumnus of The Berkeley with Marcus Wareing. Together they are an exciting duo presenting Alyn’s very distinctive modern European cooking with meticulous but friendly service.
Lunch: Monday-Friday 12 - 2.30pm
Dinner: Monday-Saturday 6 - 10.30pm
